Supporting Our Neighbors - Pesach 5786

Dear Friends,

Pesach is almost here - a time when we gather around the Seder table, retell our story of liberation, and pass down our tradition to our children with joy and pride. These moments are at the heart of what it means to be Jewish.

Yet, as the holiday approaches, there are families in our own community who worry about how they’ll make Pesach possible. Rising costs have made this year even harder. The thought of a Seder table missing its essentials, or a family feeling left out, is simply too much to accept.

At Friends of Chabad of Georgia, our deepest wish is that every single person in our community can celebrate Pesach with dignity, warmth, and true simcha. That’s why we raise funds for Maos Chitim - to make sure no one has to face this Yom Tov alone, or in silence.

If you can, please join us in this beautiful mitzvah. Your generosity will help fill a table, uplift a heart, and bring real peace of mind where it’s needed most. And if you, or someone you know, could use a helping hand this Pesach, please reach out. Every request is met with care, kindness, and total confidentiality.

May we all be blessed with a Kosher and Freilichen Pesach, surrounded by love, tradition, and the warmth of community.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Reb Zalman Bernstein, Rabbi Yonatan Hambourger
